Soldier has two separate verification departments. One operates under the special project division and the second under the operations department. Both undertake a strict policy of getting antecedents checked through police stations and local govt. / district offices around the country and also visits right up to the villages to verify the candidates background checks. Soldier has already started verification services for clients requiring employment checks and corporate verification.
The company conducts criminal and residential checks of Bangladeshi Nationals. Some of these criminal checks are also conducted with the help of the local Police authorities.
